Hien, Nguyen Ngoc conducted three training programs of LSS Black Belt and Yellow in online modes during the year. He trained and certified nearly 50 engineers for Lean Six Sigma skills during the year.

2021 – September, A day of Recognition on the new level of Master Black Belt Lean Six Sigma
Hien, Nguyen Ngoc received a recognition of Master Lean Six Sigma certification issued from The Lean Six Sigma Company in accordance with ISO18404 and ISO13053. He had to certify more than a hundred of evaluation criteria with proven evidences derived from his academic and professional achievement.
The ISO18404 is about the different roles within Lean Six Sigma, describing what exactly make a person an Green Belt, Black Belt, Master Black Belt. The ISO13053 part 1 precisely describes the content of the DMAIC method; the ISO13053 part 2 describes the tools and techniques which are a part of that, and need to be taught to participants in order to fulfil this standard.
